No watermark, no account, no limit
Many online converters stamp a logo on your PDF or ask you to pay to remove it. This one does neither.
- No watermark: your PDF contains only your slides.
- No account: there is nothing to sign up for.
- No set limit: convert as many presentations as you like. Very large decks depend on your device memory.
- Private: your file is processed in your browser and is not uploaded.

Why convert PowerPoint to PDF?
A PPTX file depends on the software and fonts of whoever opens it. A PDF looks the same on every phone and computer, cannot be edited by accident, and opens without PowerPoint. That makes it the usual way to send slides for reading, printing or uploading.
This tool draws your slides in your browser, so confidential decks are not uploaded to a server.
How this tool converts your slides
- One slide becomes one PDF page. Each page has the same size and proportions as your slide, so 16:9 decks stay widescreen.
- Slides are drawn from the file itself. The tool reads the slide, its layout and the master, then draws text, shapes, lines, pictures and backgrounds using the theme colours.
- Hidden slides are skipped. Only slides that are visible in the presentation become pages.
- Quality is adjustable. 96, 144 or 192 DPI, with a cap on the largest side so very big slides do not run out of memory.
- Image format. JPEG gives smaller files. PNG gives sharper text and edges, but bigger files.
- You see the page count. The result shows the number of pages for each file and for the whole batch.
What to expect
- Pages are images. Text in the PDF cannot be selected, copied or searched.
- Charts, SmartArt and tables are not drawn. This tool draws text boxes, basic shapes, lines and pictures. Slides that depend on charts, SmartArt or tables may be missing those parts, and animations and special effects are not applied.
- Shapes are simplified. Rectangles, rounded rectangles, ellipses and triangles are drawn as such. Other shapes appear as rectangles, and gradients are drawn with a single colour.
- Fonts may change. Fonts that are not available on your device are replaced, often with Arial, and spacing can shift slightly.
- Only .pptx files. Old .ppt files and password-protected files are not supported.
Tips for better results
- Need a pixel-perfect copy? Use Export as PDF inside PowerPoint. It keeps selectable text and every chart.
- Text looks soft? Switch to High (192 DPI) and PNG. For a smaller file, use Small file (96 DPI) and JPEG.
- PDF too large to email? Run it through Compress PDF, or try 500KB and 1MB for common limits.
- Only some slides? Pull them out with Split PDF, or put several decks together with Merge PDF.
- Going the other way? PDF to PPTX turns PDF pages into slides.
- Want pictures of the pages? PDF to JPG works on the finished PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about the ConvertKit Lite PPTX to PDF tool.
Are my presentations uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is created in your browser, so your PPTX files stay on your device.
Will the PDF look exactly like PowerPoint?
It is a close copy for most slides. Text, shapes, colors and pictures are drawn using the slide layout. Charts, SmartArt, tables, gradients, animations and special effects may look different. For a pixel-perfect result, use Export as PDF inside PowerPoint.
Why does the text look different?
Fonts that are not installed on your device are replaced by a similar one, such as Arial. Spacing can shift slightly when that happens.
Can I select text in the PDF?
No. Each slide becomes a high-quality image on a PDF page, which keeps the design but makes the text non-selectable.
Can I convert password-protected or old .ppt files?
No. Only modern .pptx files are supported. Save older .ppt files as .pptx and remove any password in PowerPoint first.
Can I convert many files at once?
Yes. Add several PPTX files, convert them together, and download each PDF or one ZIP.
What are the quality options?
Small file is 96 DPI, Standard is 144 DPI and High is 192 DPI. A higher DPI gives sharper pages and a bigger PDF. Very large slides are capped at 4,096 pixels on the longest side.
Should I choose JPEG or PNG?
JPEG gives smaller files and works well for photos and colourful slides. PNG keeps text and sharp lines cleaner, but the PDF will be larger.
Are hidden slides included?
No. Slides marked as hidden in PowerPoint are skipped, so the PDF has only the slides you would see when presenting.
Are speaker notes included?
No. Only the slides themselves are drawn.
Is the page size the same as the slide?
Yes. Each PDF page has the same width and height as your slide, so widescreen and 4:3 decks both keep their shape.
Why are my charts or tables missing?
The tool draws text, basic shapes, lines and pictures. Charts, SmartArt and tables are not drawn. For slides that rely on them, use Export as PDF in PowerPoint.
What is in the ZIP download?
One PDF for each presentation, named after the original. If two files share a name, a number is added to the second. The ZIP is called pptx-to-pdf.zip.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in a modern browser. Long decks at High quality use a lot of memory, so a computer is safer for those.
Does the PDF have a watermark?
No. The PDF has only your slides, with no logo or text added.
Do I need an account to convert a presentation?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no login. Open the page, add your file and convert.
