Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about the ConvertKit Lite RTF to PDF tool.

Are my documents uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is created in your browser, so your files stay on your device.

Is the text in the PDF selectable?

Yes. The tool writes real text, not pictures, so you can select, copy and search it.

What formatting is kept?

Bold, italic, underline, font size, text color, alignment, indents and paragraph spacing. Fonts are matched to Helvetica, Times or Courier.

What is not supported?

Embedded images, tables with borders, headers and footers, and non-Latin scripts such as Arabic, Chinese or Bengali. Characters outside the supported set appear as question marks.

Can I convert many files at once?

Yes. Add several RTF files, convert them together, and download each PDF or one ZIP.
